2008年11月4日，歐盟委員會(huì)就對(duì)中國(guó)皮面鞋靴反傾銷日落復(fù)審作出抽樣，7家企業(yè)被抽中，分別是：裕元工業(yè)（集團(tuán)）有限公司（Yue Yuen Industrial Ltd.）、廣州番禺創(chuàng)信鞋業(yè)有限公司（Guangzhou Panyu Pegasus Footwear）、廣東華堅(jiān)鞋業(yè)集團(tuán)（huajian industrial Co. Ltd.）、通佳鞋業(yè)有限公司（General Footwear Ltd./Genfort Shoes Ltd.）、浙江奧康鞋業(yè)股份有限公司（Zhejiang Aokang Shoes Co. Ltd.）、佛山南海金屢鞋業(yè)有限公司（Foshan City Nahai Golden Step Industrial Co. Ltd.）、福建建樂(lè)鞋業(yè)有限公司（Jiangle Footwear Industrial Co.）。
   
        2008年10月3日，歐盟對(duì)原產(chǎn)于中國(guó)的皮面鞋靴進(jìn)行反傾銷日落復(fù)審立案調(diào)查。中國(guó)有60家企業(yè)應(yīng)訴。
